Josie has been a tad bit grumpy these last couple weeks...screaming, hitting, runny nose, constipated, possible teething (she's not agreeable to people looking in her mouth) and occasional biting (especially if you have your fingers in her mouth trying to see if she has new teeth coming in). OH...and she doesn't take naps much anymore either. She stands in her crib and anything she can reach is desecrated. Pictures, books, hard plastic container, stuffed animals, bedding.
She woke up early this morning...gave her ibuprofin first thing. :-) She ate breakfast, threw breakfast on floor, watched Curious George, helped me fold laundry by throwing it all on the floor. She dumped all the crayons out of the big tub of crayons we have. She hit Bella a couple times. Dumped all the toy bins she could find...repeatedly. Threw all the magnets off the magnet board. Poked me in the eye. Wouldn't stay in the playground area. Wanted to swing on the big swings but wouldn't hold on. Wouldn't take a nap...destroyed a picture of Jesus with the little children I had on the bookcase. Took all the shoes and spread them through the house. Hit me a couple of times. Drew on the wall. Took my basket of pens at the back of my desk...she climbed up the front of the desk to get them...and threw them on the floor. AND used the pens she could find to draw on any surface she could find...floor, her legs...a little bit of paper. Scratched my cupboards. Repeatedly started the water dispenser from the fridge...all over herself and floor. Threw the dvd's off the shelf. "Rearranged" the books on the living room and family room bookshelves. Played the piano. She loved dinner and said, "yummy". She rearranged everything on my computer to be sideways. She screamed during prayer and head butted me. She liked her bath.
Heavy sigh. My eye still hurts.
